  1. To set the level of translucency that is used when you paint translucent images, choose an option from the Translucency submenu in the Options menu.  You can select one of the preset options, or set a custom translucency level.  To set a custom level:

  3. 1.  Choose Other from the Translucency submenu.

  5. 2.  Move the slider bar to the desired setting, or enter a number between 0% and 100%.

  7. 3.  Click OK.
